In 1.1/2 hour workshop you will learn how to make delicious chocolate treats for the once you love (including yourself).
During the class you will learn:
-History and origins of chocolate and chocolate-making.
- Creating chocolate ganaches of various flavors.
- Making your truffles Aphrodisiac. Aphrodisiac Herbs and their effects.
- Rolling and enrobing techniques.
- Decorating your chocolates for the best presentation.
